How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice and include the following:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A clear identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the site (provide exact URLs).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature (typed name is acceptable for email submission).

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice. Include:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  2. Identification of the material removed and the location before removal (URLs).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the jurisdiction in which you reside (or, if outside the U.S., consenting to U.S. jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original alleged infringement notice.
  5. Your signature (typed name is acceptable for email submission).

Repeat infringer policy

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove content for repeat infringers.
